The concentration of suppliers is low; the suppliers are garbage companies that are now collecting household and other wastes from the consumers and the companies in Estonia. The bargaining power of these suppliers will be quite high, because a few of them exist and are in contract with the local governments.

It is absolutely necessary that the governments and collection companies cooperate with a recycling company in order to enforce separation and separate collection of e-waste, because it is much easier for a consumer to just throw it away with the rest of the household waste.
It is a possibility that an e-waste processing company will receive admittance from local governments and start collecting its own e-waste by setting up collection points such as trucks, containers or hand in point for e-waste. It is also possible that a garbage collecting company will try to buy an e-waste processing plant in order to gain advantages over its competitors.

In Estonia there are multiple garbage collecting companies active. The largest and therefore most important garbage collecting companies are listed below. Below each company will be described short with their main activities.
Ragn Sells
This company offers effective waste management services based on an integrated circuit of waste collection and transport to the recovery, documentation and reporting.
Cleanaway
Cleanaway offers municipal waste collection and transport of the area to a specific facility or facilities selected by Cleanaway. Estonian is a partner of Veolia group.
PRÜGIVEDU GRUPP OÜ
Offers the collection of construction waste, municipal waste, the services around the collection of products, the collection of hazardous waste and garden and yard waste.
RESK OÜ
Resk Estonia is active in the management of waste. RESK OÜ is a partner of Veolia and is mostly in Central Estonia.
SFA GRUPP OÜ
Offers the Waste management, the wholesale of waste and scrap and the collection of household waste.[3]
