Competitors Analysis

Four companies were selected among the biggest that are presented in Estonia.

Veolia Environment is the European leader on the E-Waste market.

BASE Metal Ltd is an Estonian company. Therefore, they know perfectly the market.

RAGN-SELLS is a Sweden company that is present in Estonia. This is a company which headquarter is near Estonia and the Estonian market is their main activity.

A direct competitor is a competitor that fills the same buyer need you fill in the same way you fill it.[1]

Veolia Environment Services, BASE Metal Ltd and RAGN-SELLS are direct competitors because they offer the same kind of services. Indeed, they are recycling specialists and some even offer transportation.

 EARN is the European leader in council for the management of waste treatment.

An indirect competitor is a business that provides an alternative solution to the same market.[2]

EARN is an indirect competitor because they offer a different service. But this service allows companies to make their own waste treatment. So, EARN can create a competition on this side.

With the competitors analysis there can be concluded that the Estonian e-waste market is not saturated. Therefore the Estonian e-waste market is a really interesting market because it is not completely covered. Each year, there are a lot of tons of e-waste being dumped in landfills.
