Estonia has a developed technological standard and has a large enough market potential. Even the business culture is attractive for doing business with.
The e-waste industry in Estonia is in it infant stage and is subjected to growth. The trends and developments in the worldwide e-waste industry are also influencing the product life cycle is the e-waste market in Estonia.

These trends are the higher prices for precious metals. Because of the high demand for precious metals, there are limitless buyers of these recycled materials and finding buyers will be without any problems. However the access to available resources may prove to be more difficult.
Because of the high amount of buyers and the relatively low amount of suppliers, the bargaining power of suppliers is high. There are substitutes for recycled e-waste and for the e-waste recycling service.

However for new entrants it is more difficult to enter the e-waste recycling market because an amount of know-how and a number of contacts in the industry are required.
The threats, which will have to be faced by recycling firms entering the Estonian market, are the lack of a decent pick up system and fluctuating metal prices.

After the study, a partnership appears than the better way to enter in the E-waste market of Estonia.
The company can share the knowledge about E-waste recycling processing; this is an interesting point for the Estonian companies. And these Estonian companies could share their experience about Estonian market.

The partnership could be consisting of a company in Estonia who will collect the e-waste and bring it to the Dutch company so they can treat/recycle/reuse it. The recycled and reused products can be sold everywhere.
A joint venture with one of the companies that are mentioned in the previous chapter will be the best option.
