As part of the study International Business and Languages at Avans University of Applied Sciences in 's-Hertogenbosch, the development of a decent market approach for companies operating in the waste processing industry was desirable.
During 20 weeks of the E1/E2 semester of the third year, five international business and languages students have worked on this report and eventually they made some recommendations. The presentation of this report will take place in January 2012.
This project consists of the following parts:
- Country analysis of Estonia
- Industry analysis
- Market research about the E-waste industry
- Market approach plan, which includes a SWOT-analysis, with the strategic issues and options, the market entry strategy and finally the recommendations.
